A baffled mind
What happens when you have so many things in your head that you just don't know where to start? Does your brain get cluttered like the attic or storage room back home? Can we just empty it? or is it something we have to take wherever we go, like an unwanted burden, or maybe one we want to have?
Does the brain have a limited amount of storage space (as Sherlock Holmes believed), or is it an endless content repository? Sometimes our brains feel as if they're filled to the brim, and then all of a sudden it's as if it emptied, but the knowledge is still in there somewhere, stored in the back, as it the brain could, at will, become a knowledge compressor. Maybe what we assume is lost knowledge is just a part of the archived and compressed things that have to be processed back into being, if we only knew how to do that...
